La Chinata Small scallops in sauce with EVOO is a delicious ready-to-eat preserve with a delicious flavour and texture to bring to the table the most authentic flavours of the sea.
It is conserved in EVOO of our own harvest and we add scallop sauce, elaborated with the traditional Galician recipe.
