Select barrel La Chinata Red wine variety is tempranillo from Tierra de Barros, the best area of Extremadura, well-known for its fertile and clay soils with vineyards from more than 40 years. Moreover, boasts of an ideal climate for the variety tempranillo grapes which are carefully selected in a very short time to obtain a high quality wine.

It is a medium-bodied wine which first impression in mouth is a slight acidity that gives a fresh touch, the first sign that tell us that it is a long haul wine. As wine moves forward in your mouth, you will perceive dried fruits and species aromas, specially prune, red fruits, hints of vanilla and barrel coffee, lefting a balsam taste.

Its intense ruby color, pure and honest, predominantly red with violet, demonstrates its excellent acidity.

Marriage: ideal for red meats, bush meat or grilled meat, in adittion to cheeses and pasta.
