Gourmet Artichoke in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our Gourmet Artichokes in EVOO “La Chinata” are a selection of white Tudela artichokes, simmered with our best Extra Virgin Olive Oil with an authentic and natural flavour.

Tudela Artichokes are widely used in gourmet cuisine due to its texture and flavour, allowing a multitude of culinary combinations to create delicious dishes, sauces and creams, as well as a garnish of meats and fish, pasta or rice, among many other combinations.

It is also recommended to eat combined with our Pesto alla Genovese, with our Mushrooms in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. and with our La Chinata Royal Semisweet White Wine. 
It is an ideal product to have for its easy maintenance and great versatility.
