It is a gourmet pate with an intense flavour and slightly sweet, thanks to the touch of the cherries, hand selected from The Jerte Valley to guarantee is their freshness and quality. It is recommended to serve the pate slightly cold if it is going to be eat spread on bread, to enhance all the nuances in mouth, it combines perfectly with our La Chinata red wine.
