Our Garlic and Chilli EVOO “La Chinata” is a flavoured oil made with our best Extra Virgin Olive Oil along with a selection of garlic and chilli, giving it an intense flavour with an exquisite spicy finish. It is recommended to consume in cold or low temperature, to maintain its properties and aroma, but also is a good for hot dishes being used at the end of its preparation so It does not get too hot. It is perfect for fish dishes, especially for crustaceans such as prawns. You can also add it to gazpachos and all kinds of vegetables, chicken, salads or just take with bread.
