La Chinata Garlic flavoured EVOO has an intense flavour due to the use of our best extra virgin olive oil and first quality garlics, we let both ingredients naturally macerate for more tan 1 month, so these products preserve their properties and flavour. Thus, we obtained a product with a great aroma and really tasting, perfect to brighten any plates, specially the cold ones altough you can use it too with hot dishes using it at the end of the preparation so temperature is not very high but you get the perfect aroma, appreciating and maintaining its quality and flavour.
As such, the garlic flavoured evoo is ideal for pasta, meat, fish, salads, gazpacho, salmorejo or just poured straight on to bread.
