Our “La Chinata” Chili, Pepper and bayleaf with EVOO is a gourmet product of our flavoured EVOO line. In this case, we macerated a selection of fresh bay leaves together with pepper and chilli grains using our best Extra Virgin Olive Oil to get a combination of the intense and spicy aroma of these species.
The result is a high quality seasoning with the taste of chilli, bayleaf and pepper, ideal to enhance any dish. It is especially recommended to consume in cold or low temperature, to maintain its properties and aroma, but also is a good companion for hot dishes if it is used at the end of its preparation as a finishing touch.
It is perfect for pasta dishes, meat stews, salads and rice recipes, fish, especially shrimp and gulas, as well as for potato dishes among others.
