Paprika Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil La Chinata is made with our best Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a selection of chillies and the mixture of sweet and spicy paprika, obtaining an intense flavour and a unique aroma with a soft and slightly spicy taste.
It is especially recommended to consume in cold or at low temperature, to preserve its properties, but is also a good accompaniment for hot dishes if it is used at the end of its preparation as the final touch because does not take too much temperature. It is perfect for fish dishes, especially for crustaceans such as prawns. Moreover, you can add it to gazpacho and all kinds of vegetables, chicken, pizzas, pasta, salads or just try it with bread. Even it is recommended for a final touch in a traditional stew recipes.
