Hojiblanca olive oil gets its name from the white color of the underside of the olive leaf. This extra virgin olive oil, comes mainly from Cordoba, Malaga, Seville or Granada. It has a wide range of flavors, including sweet and fruity, spicy at the throat and with an almond-like aftertaste.
In the kitchen, it is a very versatile variety, so much so that it is the most commercialized monovarietal olive oil in Spain. Ideal for hot creams or soups, making pasta, cakes, as well as for marinating fish, because thanks to its green aromas and freshly cut grass, hojiblanca oil will impregnate its aroma with fish.
Discover it in its two formats of 1 l and 3 l in PET. Ideal for any time of the day and that you can not miss at your table to give a decisive touch to your dishes.
