La Chinata iberian pork paté is elaborated with portions of high quality Iberian “secreto” from the lands of Extremadura, it is one of the parts of pork more valued by prestigious chefs thanks to its texture and taste. It could be also a good accompaniment or dressing to offer a distinctive touch to recipes as stews or roast meets.
This pate is highly recommended to snack, just spread on bread, as it has a very soft and tasty texture, or with our variety of regañas, and we can add it a different touch with any of our La Chinata balsamic creams like cherry, fig or truffle; that way you give it a slightly sweet air, as well as with our range of jams, for example pear jam.
It is recommended to serve the pate slightly cold if it is going to eating spread on bread, to enhance all the nuances in mouth, it combines perfectly with our La Chinata red wine.
